Speaking of the iPad, I also think this is one of the problems with the direction that Apple is going in with their new technology: one size fits all. Apple makes incredible beautiful products, but I think they&#039;re becoming increasingly less appropriate for power users because they can&#039;t be extensively customized. I think the best products moving forward will be those that provide a clear path (like the iPhone), but that also grow with people and/or appeal to power users (more like Android).

Anyway, not to self-promote, but I wrote a story that makes some of the same claims (albeit in a fictional and much more extreme fashion).
